We ship to the continental United States and to 33 international destinations across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Every order includes tracking.

Order Processing

An order’s total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (prescription orders include lens fabrication time)
  • Shipping time: 15–20 business days (United States) · 17–25 business days (other regions)
  • Total delivery time: 18–27 business days (United States) · 20–32 business days (other regions)

Free Shipping

Standard Shipping is FREE to all addresses in the continental United States and to all 33 international destinations listed above.

Total delivery time includes 3–7 business days of order processing. Shipping time alone is 15–20 business days to the United States and 17–25 business days to other destinations. All estimates are in business days and are intentionally conservative — many destinations (Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Western Europe, and East Asia) typically receive their orders sooner. The shipping options and exact delivery times available for your address are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Exclusions

We are unable to ship to: non-continental U.S. addresses (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO and other U.S. territories), remote islands, and outlying regions. Orders placed with shipping addresses in these regions will be cancelled and refunded within 5 business days. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact support@irisharp.com before placing your order.

Customs & Import Duties

Shipping is free, but orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@irisharp.com.
